Natalie McLarty Launches Pageant Hearts Consulting
Natalie McLarty, Former Mrs. Texas International, never entered pageantry chasing perfection. What drew her in was the promise of growth, the quiet pull toward something that demanded presence rather than polish.
In the early moments of her journey, pageantry was less about winning and more about stepping into rooms that once felt intimidating, learning to speak with intention, and discovering confidence that came from within.
“Pageantry taught me that confidence isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence, purpose, and showing up authentically, even when it feels uncomfortable.”
That belief did not arrive overnight. Like many competitors, McLarty faced the pressure to conform, to fit into an expected mold of what a titleholder should look like, sound like, and represent. The challenge was not external. It was internal clarity.
Choosing Authenticity Over Comparison
Early in her pageant journey, McLarty recognized a common struggle among competitors, the temptation to compare rather than connect. Without a clear understanding of her “why,” she found herself questioning whether she belonged.
Instead of shrinking, she made a deliberate decision to lean inward.
She invested time in preparation, sought mentorship, and committed to the inner work required to build confidence from the inside out. That shift changed how she showed up on stage and in life.
“When women understand their story and believe in their worth, they stop chasing validation and start creating impact on stage and in life.”
That mindset carried her through competition and ultimately into the role of Mrs. Texas International. More importantly, it laid the foundation for her leadership beyond the crown.
Building Confidence Beyond the Stage
For McLarty, pageantry was never meant to end at pageant week. The skills she developed, communication, presence, accountability, became tools she now teaches others.
Through coaching and mentorship, she works with women who are navigating competition, leadership, and personal growth.
She identified a clear gap in both pageantry and personal development, a lack of confidence, clarity, and accessible mentorship.
Many women feel pressure to meet expectations without ever being guided to understand their own story or value.
McLarty’s work centers on intentional preparation and authenticity. She believes confidence is built through consistent action, support, and self-trust.
Pageant Hearts Consulting
Through Pageant Hearts Consulting, McLarty offers pageant and confidence coaching rooted in purpose rather than performance.
Her work includes one-on-one coaching, educational workshops, and collaborative initiatives with empowerment-aligned organizations.
She helps contestants refine their platforms, strengthen their communication, and present themselves with clarity.
The goal is not simply to prepare women for a stage, but to equip them for leadership in every area of life.
Leading With Purpose
Visibility opened doors for McLarty, from professional opportunities to deeper clarity about her mission.
She uses that visibility intentionally, mentoring others and collaborating with brands and organizations that share her values.
Her leadership style is warm, approachable, and disciplined. She believes true influence comes from connection and consistency, not titles alone.
“My greatest goal has never been the crown itself, but the opportunity to use my voice, experiences, and platform to help others step into their confidence and own who they are.”
